If your pet does not love our treats, we are happy to offer you an exchange for a product that your pet loves. Please email us with your concern at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of purchase and we are happy to help you out.
If you have not used our merchandise and would like to return us the same, please send us back the package along with the original receipt, within 15 days from the date of purchase and we are happy to help you with a full refund once the package is verified at our side.
